Guided Louvre tours and an independent booking service for Paris attractions, run by a registered Hungarian sole trader you can contact.

Who we are

Paris Art Guides is a trading name of Konkolics Márk e.v., a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Hungary. Registered seat: Visegrádi utca 84, 1133 Budapest, Hungary. Hungarian tax no. 64681508-2-20 · sole trader reg. no. 11264511. Konkolics Márk e.v. is the seller you contract with: it takes your payment, provides the service and handles refunds. You can reach us at support@parisartguides.com or through our contact form; we answer 08:00–20:00 (Paris time), every day.

How we work: tickets

We are not the Musée du Louvre, the Château de Versailles or a cruise operator, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their names are used only to describe the visits we book.

  • You book and pay on our website. The total is shown before you pay, split into the venue's admission price and our service fee.
  • After your payment we buy your admission from the venue for the date and time you chose.
  • Within 12 hours of payment we email you the e-ticket, or an update if your requested time is not available.
  • We never change your date or time without your agreement. If we cannot provide your booking and you don't accept an alternative, we refund the full amount, our fee included.

Our own guided tours

Our 2-hour English guided tour of the Louvre is organised by Paris Art Guides with our own guides, in groups of no more than 20. The tour price includes the museum admission for every guest. It is not an official tour of the Musée du Louvre.

What the service fee pays for (tickets only)

Reserving and managing your booking, checking the venue's rules for your tickets, sending everything you need in one email, and support by email before and on the day of your visit. Our fee per ticket is shown in the price details of the booking form and in the summary before you pay, for example (cruise tickets are sold at the operator's own price, without a fee):

  • Louvre Museum timed-entry ticket: Adult (non-EU/EEA) €12.90, Adult (EU/EEA, 26+) €12.90, Under 18 €0
